Turbo hedder made with eiqual length pipes, and made as thight as
possible to fit without extending the front!
The little bump i got as the intake house is underneth.
Every one tellold me:
"All the paint is going to burn away there"
Not so shure about that as we placed the turbo on a ford wery close to the
bonnet and it was glowing all the time and no problems with the paint. And if it does how cares! as then i just make the front
part around the housing in stainles steel!

The grill got a bump becaus lack of time. Had to plase one pipe so it sticks
out around 3 centimeters infront of the rest to ceep the lenghts!
The grill had to be home made becaus of the bump.
Its made of sheet aluminium which is folded to a ofsett "U" and hand bent
to be rounded to fit the hedder. Its gona be new ribbs later as this was merly a test to se if it worked, and as the lock
in the grill is alterd so its a wire from inside of the car the opening is going to be coverd with a long rib all the way
insted. And i made the back part to small so i dident have space to atatch it thats whay its looking wery crapy on the
left side.

The intake pipe is wery low to the ground but its about to change as i have
moved the intercooler as a result of changes in the subframe.

Down pipe from the saab 9000 turbo or aero i dont remember. Its got a wery
tight bend but the place i chose for the turbo made me of no choise. The rest of the exuast is a 2.5"

Head flang made as an copy of the original, bad chois you might say as it
shulde be wider to be abel to ceep the exuasts in.
Well we have to se.................

This is the first tests in the garage and how the hedder shuld look like.
But by some reason i culd newer get it that way when i tock it to the work shop to tig weld it as i dont have a tig in the
garage.
Made seweral atempts but after a whaile time run away and i had to make
it the way it looks! Was changing garage at the time thats whay i was in a hurry to get ewery thing in plase.

The final result!
